I am Sam, Founder and Owner of The Liverpool Jam Company which was established in 2013.

 

I make Jam, Marmalade, Curd, Chutney and Sauce using my own recipes and natural ingredients, entirely by hand and in small batches. 

After moving to a house with a garden full of blackberries and learning to make Blackberry and Apple Jam, starting to grow more fruits and vegetables at home and on an allotment in South Liverpool.  I set about turning a hobby into a business.  My Kitchen is EHO approved and holds a 5* rating.
